Artwork: Matariki


In Room 7, I've been learning a lot about Matariki. In the picture above, I painted the Matariki night sky. What I mainly used was, Black and Grey Pastels. 
Fact: Matariki is one of the star clusters that are the nearest to Earth.

    Nice art work Rosrine, is the sky just black though. did you know Matariki was originally a time to remember the dead.
